The Multicultural Cinema Club, led by a professional director and producer Azam Fouk Aladeh, aims to create a culture of cinema club within our community by screening films, hosting discussions, creating artistic works, and encouraging community film-making in Kitchener-Waterloo. The Multicultural Cinema Club is not only for New Canadians. It is an open concept for anyone interested in artistic community projects.

  Learn about Production Dialogue Editing, ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), Sound Effects Editing and Design, Foley Recording (human sound effects recorded in sync with pictures), Music Composition and Music Editing, and Mixing.

• Intro to Stop-Motion Animation for Adults
  You'll learn about animation principles, stop-motion animation techniques, special effects like green screening, creation of storyboards and X-Sheets, and making puppets, all to help you create your own animation.

  In March of 2010, we will be holding the third Local Focus Film Festival, which highlights the work of film-makers in and around the Region of Waterloo. We are currently accepting submissions of feature, short, documentary, and animated films.
